Currently, more than 30 million Brazilians are freelancers, and many face the problem of receiving their earnings in a fragmented manner, making it difficult to manage their finances better. Jobis was created last year to address this population segment, offering an application where professionals can receive an advanced monthly salary. Now, in partnership with BRX Finance, this service will be provided on a blockchain credit platform.
With this initiative, freelancers will have at their disposal a unique infrastructure encompassing payments, securitization, and an investor interface. The expectation is that at least 1,000 freelancers will benefit from the new platform by the end of this year.
“With this infrastructure, Jobis has full access to capital markets, thus being able to access various investors through a standardized credit platform. And being 100% on blockchain, all operations carried out are verifiable and immutable, proving their track record,” says João Zecchin, co-founder of BRX Finance.
By downloading the app "Jobis – Salary for Freelancers," the professional only needs to register their clients to receive their money in advance on the first day of each month. Benefits include: guaranteed fixed monthly income; automated management, with the app automatically handling collections; accessible and efficient service with a management fee starting at 7%; and ease of use, with simple and quick client registration on the platform.
The salary amount depends on the number of clients the freelancer has in that particular month. For example, a psychologist with 10 clients paying a monthly fee of R$ 100 will receive an advance total of R$ 930 on the first day of the month – the amount already includes the management fee deduction.
"Jobis is committed to offering innovative solutions for freelancers, ensuring that they can focus on their core activities while enjoying hassle-free financial management," says Matheus Pessanha, founder and CEO of Jobis.
With the service being offered on blockchain, the BRX Finance infrastructure removes the complexity of providing credit to anyone. "The efficiency and dynamism of BRX become even more necessary when capital is abundant, interest rates are low, and investors are looking for more profitable operations," says Zecchin.
